Essential Information for Your Semifreddo Visit

At Semifreddo Italian Cuisine, we're committed to providing you with an exceptional Italian dining experience in Manassas, VA. Our family-owned restaurant, founded in 2020, brings over three decades of culinary expertise to every dish we serve. Before you stop by, familiarize yourself with different aspects of our restaurant.

Business Hours

Semifreddo is closed on Mondays. We are open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM and from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.

Dress Code Etiquette

To ensure an elevated dining experience for all our customers, we kindly ask that you observe our dress code. While jackets are not required, we respectfully request that guests refrain from wearing athletic wear, shorts, beach attire, tank tops, flip-flops, or clothing that is torn or excessively revealing. We reserve the right to request attire adjustments before seating, should it be necessary. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Reservation, Cancellation, and Deposit Policies

• We ask that any dinner reservation be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. 
• Parties of 6 or more on Friday and Saturday are required to have a credit card on file for their reservation. If you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation, you will be charged $20.00 per person.

For a small selection of holidays – Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, a credit card on file is required. Any reservation cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation is subject to a cancellation fee of $20.00 per person. 

• Cancellation Policy 

If the reservation is made outside of the time window set in the cancellation policy, you will be charged $20.00 per person in case you cancel your reservation. (Less than 24 Hours or reservation made the same day)

Corkage Policy

At Semifreddo, we graciously welcome guests to bring up to two standard-sized bottles of wine per table reservation. A corkage fee of $30 per bottle applies. Please note that corkage is not permitted in our private dining room, semi-private dining area, or at the chef’s table. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Outside Food

To maintain the integrity of our culinary experience, Semifreddo does not permit outside food of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, birthday cakes, desserts, and meals for children. Exceptions may be made for religious dietary requirements, such as Kosher meals. For any questions or special considerations, please contact us directly. We appreciate your understanding.

Special Requests

Your comfort and satisfaction are of the utmost importance to us. Should you have any special requests—such as dietary preferences, food allergies, or if you're joining us to celebrate a special occasion like a birthday or anniversary—please do let us know. If you have a preferred seating arrangement, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, though specific tables cannot be guaranteed.
